When we receive your application, we send you a confirmation by post or e-mail. If you have the right background, we will invite you to an interview. We wish to emphasize that your application will be treated as strictly confidential.
Depending on the job you are applying for, you may be asked to complete an online test which we are certified to use. The outcome of the test will be used as a basis for the interview and we will, naturally, also give you feedback on the test.
A typical recruitment procedure at TK Development consists of two interviews.
In some cases we may take up references. We are always very careful when we take up references.
Based on interviews, test, and references, we select the candidate best suited for the job.
If your application is rejected, you are always welcome to apply for a job at TK Development at a later date. A rejection does not disqualify you from applying for another job.
